COMMUNITY MEETINGS

The HOA Board of Directors meets every other month, or as needed. Meeting notices and agendas are posted in the front of the community,
as well as on this page of FairwayCoveHOA.com. Meeting notices are provided in compliance of Chapter 720, Florida Statutes, the Homeowners’ Association Act, which prescribes notices be given at least 48 hours in advance of regular board meetings. At least 14 days notice will be given when a special assessment is to be considered.

NEXT MEETING

Fairway Cove Homeowners Association Board of Directors’ Regular Scheduled Board Meetings are typically held every other month, no more than six (6) times per year. Special Meetings may be called at any time for a specifically noticed purposed.


2026 ELECTION COMMITTEE MEETING

Per our governing documents, the Election Committee will meet to formally open and count ballots for the 2026 Board of Directors Election. The members of the Election Committee are Kamil Ince, Belgin Onen, and Frederick Cook. If you are mailing your ballot, they must be returned to Vista’s Office, 323 Circle Drive, Matiland, FL 32751 by 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 14, 2026. Ballots may also be dropped off prior to the Election Committee meeting on April 15, 2026 from 11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at 6508 Fairway Hill Court, Orlando, FL 32835.

Second Notice of Annual Meeting and Meeting of the Election Committee

If you are unable to attend the Annual Meeting, it is very important for you to complete and return your Proxy Form. A pre-addressed, return envelope was mailed with a Second Meeting Notice for your convenience.

An Organizational Meeting will take place immediately after the Annual Meeting.
