COMMUNITY MEETINGS

The HOA Board of Directors meets every other month, or as needed. Meeting notices and agendas are posted in the front of the community,
as well as on this page of FairwayCoveHOA.com. Meeting notices are provided in compliance of Chapter 720, Florida Statutes, the Homeowners’ Association Act, which prescribes notices be given at least 48 hours in advance of regular board meetings. At least 14 days notice will be given when a special assessment is to be considered.

Notice The Fairway Cove Board of Directors is expected to vote on the 2027 proposed budget during the October 14, 2026 meeting. The proposed budget is still being drafted and will be sent to Fairway Cove homeowners in September, after MetroWest Master Association approves their respective 2027 budget on September 9.

It is important for homeowners to be reminded that the proposed budget that will be mailed is merely a draft.
