HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Fairway Cove is a community overseen by a volunteer board of five elected members. There is an election each year, with a staggered number of seats available. Two seats in 2025, Three seats in 2026, etc. The HOA BOD is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day and long term care of the community, including making sound decisions of administrative and financial impact for the benefit of the community as a whole. The Board employs a third-party community management firm to help in this effort.
ARCHITECTURE REVIEW BOARD

The ARB plays an important role in ensuring continuity in the aesthetics of Fairway Cove, while helping homeowners make desired upgrades and improvements that help make FWC a better place to live. The ARB is responsible for reviewing applications for a variety of projects, including roof replacement, major landscaping, and home painting.
