HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Fairway Cove is a community overseen by a volunteer board of five elected members. There is an election each year, with a staggered number of seats available. Two seats in 2025, Three seats in 2026, etc. The HOA BOD is responsible for ensuring the
day-to-day and long term care of the community, including making sound decisions of administrative and financial impact for the benefit of the community as a whole. The Board employs a third-party community management firm to help in this effort.
