Living in Fairway Cove
COMMON QUESTIONS
-
Answer: Yes, Fairway Cove has an active Homeowner's Association, overseen by a board of five elected homeowners and a hired community association manager.
The 2025 annual association dues total $1,471.40, and are owed at least quarterly ($367.85) by:
Q1: January 1, 2025
Q2: April 1, 2025
Q3: July 1, 2025
Q4: October 1, 2025
Related: 2025 Approved Budget.
It is important for homeowners to know that payments should be made before the first of the quarterly months to avoid potential late fees.
The due date is the 1st of the month — NOT the 10th of the month. Accounts may receive late fees if payments are made after the 1st of the quarterly months.
