Saprina Saintil Announced As New Community Association Manager for Fairway Cove

Fairway Cove is experiencing a change in community management leadership as Community Association Manager Keron Prashad has accepted a new position with another company.

Over the past several years, Keron has been a valued partner to both the Board and our residents. His professionalism, responsiveness, and collaborative approach helped bring stability and consistency to Fairway Cove at a time when frequent management turnover had become a challenge. Through his efforts, strong working relationships were built between homeowners, the Board, and Vista Community Association Management, helping position our community for continued success.

The Board extends its sincere thanks to Keron for his years of service and wishes him the very best in his new role.

As Keron moves on, Vista Community Association Management has appointed Saprina Saintil as Fairway Cove's new Community Association Manager.

Saprina brings years of community management experience, including time managing operations at a large homeowners association through Leland Management. She joins Fairway Cove with a strong commitment to resident service, transparency, and community engagement.

Saprina is excited to support the Board's efforts to maintain a vibrant, beautiful community while ensuring structure, transparency, and fair, practical enforcement of community standards.
