Meet Fairway Cove’s Architecture Review Board Members & How to Submit ARB Requests
Fairway Cove homeowners are encouraged to become familiar with the community’s currentArchitecture Review Board (ARB) members, who play an important role in helping preserve the appearance, continuity, and long-term value of the neighborhood.
The current members of the ARB are:
Andy Showen
Toni Sweeney
Belgin Onen
Belgin Onen recently joined the ARB following the election of Michelle Richard to the Fairway Cove Board of Directors.Like Michelle, Andy, Toni, and Belgin each bring a strong level of care, commitment, and subject matter expertise to their volunteer service on behalf of the community.
Appointed by the Fairway Cove HOA Board of Directors, the three-member Architecture Review Board works to ensure that exterior property improvements and modifications conform to existing community standards and governing documents.
The ARB serves an important role in maintaining continuity in the aesthetics and appearance of Fairway Cove while also helping homeowners pursue desired improvements and upgrades that contribute positively to the community.
What Types of Projects Require ARB Approval?
The ARB is responsible for reviewing applications for a wide variety of exterior improvement projects, including but not limited to:
Roof replacements
Exterior home painting
Major landscaping renovations
Removal of large trees
Driveway conversions from concrete to pavers
Fence installations or modifications
Significant exterior alterations or additions
Homeowners are reminded that ARB approval is generally required before work begins on most major exterior projects.
