Report A Problem from the Palm of Your Hand

One of Fairway Cove’s greatest strengths is having neighbors who care about our community and work alongside the HOA to keep it looking its best. Sometimes, though, an issue falls outside the HOA’s responsibilities or is something the City is better equipped to address.

The City of Orlando’s Report a Problem portal makes it easy to report concerns directly from your phone or computer, including potholes, problem trees and falling branches, code enforcement concerns, and missed trash collection.

Non-Violent Crimes
Report stolen or lost property, vandalism, car break-ins, credit card fraud or identity theft to the police department.

Streets and Traffic
Report problems with potholes, sidewalks, traffic signals and signs, parking, and other transportation-related issues.

Parks and City Beautification (Trees)
Report fallen trees, problems in a city park, or graffiti

Code Enforcement
Report city code violations within Orlando city limits, such as illegal signage, overgrown grass, trailers or unapproved vehicles parked on streets or property, or unsafe conditions.

Trash and Environment
Report problems related to trash, recycling, flooding, pollution, or other environmental concerns.

If you notice a problem, please feel empowered to report it to the City and/or the HOA, as appropriate. You do not need to wait for the Board to make a report on your behalf. Include the location, a clear description and photos when possible to help explain the concern.
