Quarterly Assessment Due October 1: New Credit Card Payment Options Available
Fairway Cove’s fourth-quarter assessment of $380.67 is due October 1, 2026. Please arrange your payment early enough to allow for processing and avoid potential late fees.
As a friendly reminder, the due date is October 1, not October 10. Payments made after the first may result in late fees. Some payment methods require several business days for processing, so please plan ahead.
New: Additional Credit Card Payment Options
Vista introduced additional credit card payment options in September through Vantaca Pay, available by logging into the Vista homeowner portal. Homeowners can register to make one-time or recurring credit card payments from a phone or computer.
Features include immediate payment confirmation, optional text notifications and digital wallet payments through Apple Pay or Google Pay. Review any applicable fees when selecting your payment method.
Other Ways to Pay
Existing payment options remain available:
Truist automatic payment (ACH): No service charge.
Truist online payments: E-check is free; debit card payments carry a $4.95 fee, and credit card payments carry a 2.95% fee. Allow up to four business days for processing.
Your bank’s bill pay service: Use the Bill Pay account number on your coupon. Allow seven to ten business days for mailing; your bank may charge a fee.
Payment by mail: Include your coupon or Bill Pay number, with one coupon and one check per envelope. Allow seven to ten business days for mailing.
Payment at a Truist branch: Bring your payment coupon and allow one to two business days for processing.
