Survey: Halloween in Fairway Cove

Halloween falls on a Saturday this year, making it a great opportunity to bring a little extra neighborhood fun to Fairway Cove!

The Fairway Cove HOA Board is exploring the idea of a coordinated Trick-or-Treat Trail — a designated route through the neighborhood where participating homeowners could gather, hand out candy and enjoy Halloween together.

Under the concept, homeowners along the designated route could volunteer their driveway or front yard as a gathering spot, inviting neighbors to join them and bring their own candy to hand out. Signs could help guide trick-or-treaters along an organized route through a designated area of Fairway Cove, potentially traveling along Fairway Cove Drive, Fairway Hill Court, Cristina Marie Drive, Zachary Way and Mission Ridge. Note, this approach would exclude several streets, including Crenshaw. This is based on feedback and observations from prior year surveys.

This is only an idea at this stage. No plans have been finalized, and whether the HOA moves forward will be based entirely on homeowner interest and feedback. Please take a minute to tell us what you think!
